School Farm Visits at Burton Beef 🐄🌱

We are delighted to announce that we are now able to offer fully funded farm visits for schools.

Each visit can be tailored to suit your school’s needs and interests, giving children the chance to explore real farm life in a fun, hands‑on way.

Our visits last 2 hours, during which we can explore a range of engaging topics, including:

🌾 the journey from field to fork

🐮 how we care for our livestock and manage the land

🥕 growing fruit and vegetables

🥚 where everyday animal products come from, such as eggs, milk and wool

To bring each topic to life, children will take part in practical activities such as:

🌱 plant their own seeds 

🧶 spin wool 

🧈 make butter 

🍞 make bread 

🥚 collect eggs 

🚜 spot farm machinery

Our aim is to give pupils a genuine insight into life on a working farm, while offering a memorable and enjoyable experience for both children and teachers alike 😊
